The Motorbike is located in Germany / 56766 Ulmen what is about 100km from Cologne. In Germany there seems no interest in this motorbike so I would like to try in Denmark.
For sale, Kawasaki EX 500. The model is identical to the GPZ 500. This model is the USA export version. It has a milage speed display ( Tachometer ) and has the original Kawasaki EX 500 decals. The first year of production still had 16-inch rims and just one front brake caliper. The motorcycle has been completely rebuilt and also completely repainted. Wherever possible, I tried to save the original parts. Unfortunately, this was not possible everywhere, so there are 2 keys. (Additionally, 2 helmet locks R+L) The frame was painted with 2K paint in light silver; originally, black water based color. Of course, all fluids were replaced. (Fork oil / Brake fluid / Engine oil / Coolant). The tires are from Duro and new. A 130/90/16 is mounted on the rear. Carburetor completely overhauled and currently configured for 60 HP. The motorcycle has received an individual approval TÜV and new papers. Registration certificate and license are also new. Currently registered with a seasonal plate from April to October. The type plate was created by Kawasaki Germany and then sent to me.
Update July 25. I rode the machine again and can only say that at 1.77 m it is simply too small for me. I think the rider should be at most 1.65 m tall, preferably smaller.
The seating position is very low and, due to the 16-inch wheels, suitable for people with short legs.

The motorbike was one of my Corona projects but I never used the bike afterwards. It must be picked up in Germany personally with electronic payment on side. Import and registration you need to take care. As the new price back in 1987 is way lower as the price from current motorbikes you may are interested in this bike. In general I would like to hand this bike over to someone who likes vintage motorbikes and enjoys owning a non standard bike.
